1. Our service

HowBullish helps individual investors interpret user-provided information by generating stock signals, short explanations and source references. HowBullish is operated by Teamory Investment Limited ("we", "us" and "our"). These Terms of service govern your use of HowBullish at howbullish.com.

AI outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Ratings describe implications of the supplied content; they are not personalized investment advice, verified facts, price forecasts or promises of investment returns. You remain responsible for your decisions. HowBullish does not execute trades or hold client funds.

2. Investment decisions and trading disclaimer

HowBullish provides information for research and educational purposes, not personalized investment, financial, legal or tax advice. Our website and browser extension do not assess your financial position, objectives, investment experience or tolerance for loss. Using the service does not create an advisory relationship.

Labels such as Strong Bullish, Bullish, Neutral, Bearish and Strong Bearish summarize AI interpretations of source material. They are not instructions or recommendations to trade, assessments of suitability, or assurances of future performance. Quotes and highlights provide context, not independent verification. AI may misinterpret a source or omit relevant information; review the original material and verify important facts independently.

Investing and trading can result in substantial losses, including loss of your entire investment. Leverage can create losses beyond your initial investment, and short-term trading can carry additional risks. Consider your circumstances and ability to absorb losses, conduct your own research, and consult a qualified financial professional before making investment decisions.

You are responsible for your investment decisions. To the extent permitted by applicable law, HowBullish is not liable for losses arising from investment or trading decisions based on its content. Nothing in this section excludes liability, statutory rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

3. Accounts and your content

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter an agreement. Keep your account access secure and provide accurate account information. Do not create additional accounts to circumvent the lifetime Free allowance.

You retain rights in the content you submit. Only submit material you are entitled to use and authorize us to process it as necessary to provide the requested analysis. Do not upload unlawful content, infringe others’ rights, bypass access restrictions, disrupt the service or attempt unauthorized access.

Our software, brand and interface remain the property of their respective owners. AI outputs may not be unique; third-party source content remains subject to its owners’ rights.

4. Plans and billing

Introductory offer for new subscribers only. $0.95 is charged immediately for a 1-week paid trial of Unlimited. After your trial, $19 is charged automatically for a monthly subscription unless you cancel during the trial. The subscription renews monthly until canceled. Prices include applicable sales tax/VAT. You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal and keep access until the end of your paid period. Trial and subscription payments are non-refundable as described in the Refund policy.

Checkout is not available yet. Billing management must be available before sales begin.

5. Refund policy

No refunds. Our $0.95 introductory offer gives new subscribers a 1-week paid trial at cost, at a very low price. Stock signal analysis incurs substantial AI token costs, so trial and subscription payments are non-refundable.

After your trial, $19 is charged automatically for a monthly subscription unless you cancel during the trial. The subscription renews monthly until canceled.

You can cancel at any time to stop the next renewal and keep access until the end of your paid period. Canceling does not refund the current trial or subscription payment.

Nothing in this policy limits any rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

6. Privacy and service availability

Our Privacy policy explains data processing. Source availability and import quality depend on third-party platforms and content formats. We may need to suspend access for maintenance, security or material misuse, with notice where reasonably possible.

7. Limitations and disputes

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free AI output. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are governed by the laws of the British Virgin Islands. Contact howbullish@agentmail.to regarding disputes. Mandatory protections available in your country of residence remain applicable. Material changes to paid terms will be communicated before they take effect.
